Terms and Conditions:
Everything sold confirmation of the seller. 10% buyers premium. To bid you will need a cashiers check made out to yourself for $20,000. High bidder will sign this over and write a check to make up at least 10% of the total price. Both will be non-refundable. Buyer pays all closing costs. The closing will be in 15 to 30 days. There are no warranties of any kind. Announcements made at the auction take precedence over any printed material or misprints.
Broker protected. 2% of the buyers premium (1/5). To qualify, broker must register their client at least 24 hours before the auction, bring the $20,000 deposit, be at the auction and closing with their client, and make a competitive opening bid.
